The Integrated Service Concept

We provide quality service by using a network approach to integrated service.  This means that your basic informtion is available as needed for each service we provide.  Charts do not have to be recast and reanalysed, data does not have to be reentered and reports rerun.  This saves time and money. 

By using a network we also keep our overhead down and pass that on to you in reduced costs.  You're not paying for luxury office space or commuting time with us.  You're paying one vendor, one price for service, that's it.  We automate and network our functions as much as much as possible which further reduces cost.

But we don't want you to think that this is virtually free.  Our members do have to provide for their own insurance although we do make self-employed group rates avaialble to them and they do have mortgages to pay and families to feed. Some of them have lisences to maintain (remember we are legally compliant).  You can expect us to be 20 to 50 percent below the competition for many services and about par on others.  The greatest advantage is using a bundle of services.  Here you get all the advantages of economy of information and automation, as well as the quality that comes from working with someone who has the whole picture rather than just one piece of it.       

We've noticed from experience that what counts is competence rather than credentials.  So, although some of our members have advanced degrees and special certifications, we avoid that overhead wherever possible as well.  What do you care if your accountant is a CPA as long as the books are done right and the reports come in on time. We are legally compliant and follow industry standards but we are not heavy on impresive and expensive credentials.  In our view experience and competence are what count in a service provider not a wall full of certificates and diplomas.  Don't get the wrong impression, we have the utmost respect for education and knowledge, but we don't think expensive credentials are a true measure. Performance not pedigree is what counts, but this is not to imply that the pedigreed do not perform. The issue here is - do you want to pay their rates?
